I cannot fault the service we received from Hayden. Having dealt with various different letting agencies in our search for a home to rent, Power Property Management was a breath of fresh air! Hayden took the time to listen when I explained our situation (we were living 140 miles away at the time), explained each step of the process and kept us informed at all times. We have been looking for a home for almost 2 years.  We looked through all the agencies in Ipswich.  Most agencies have no approach to a potential tenant at all 😒 I wish I had found Power Property Management sooner.  Every question I had (and there were a lot of them 🤪) got an answer, the answers were very fast (as if they were waiting for my questions 😂).  Although at some point we delayed something, they were very patient, politely reminded us.  We are very grateful to them.  They were the only ones who didn't cross us because we are a big family.  After two years of looking for a house, after countless phone calls to various agencies, I can say with a clear conscience, there is no better agency than Power Property Management !
