I’ve been a landlord myself for years, and that experience is genuinely at the heart of everything we do.

There’s something about property that gets under your skin. I fell in love with it early — the idea that you could take something tangible, look after it properly, and build something real over time. Not just financially, but in terms of the relationships you build with people, the homes you help create, the communities you’re part of. That passion has never left me. It’s what drives me to show up every day and do this job the way I believe it should be done.

But alongside that passion came frustration. Because as a landlord, I kept running into the same wall: the level of service I expected, at a price that actually made sense, simply didn’t exist.

So I built it….

At Power Property Management, our focus has always been simple — outstanding service, genuine value for money, and complete transparency. But the pricing piece matters more to us than people might realise, and I want to be open about why.

When I was on the other side of the relationship, as a landlord paying for management, I didn’t want to be guessing at costs. I didn’t want to open a statement and find charges I hadn’t expected, or feel like I was being billed for things I didn’t understand. I wanted to know exactly what I was paying, why I was paying it, and feel that it was fair. That what I was spending actually reflected the effort and expertise going into looking after my properties.

That’s the standard we hold ourselves to. Our pricing isn’t built around what the market allows us to charge, it’s built around what a landlord genuinely expects to pay for a service done properly. Fair, honest, and proportionate. No inflated fees, no vague add-ons, no structures designed to confuse.

We know every landlord is different. Every portfolio is different. That’s why when we bring on a new client, we always start with a proper sit down meeting. We want to really understand what you need, how many properties you have, what stage of the journey you’re at, what matters most to you and we’ll always do our best to build our pricing around that. Not a number plucked from a rate card, but a conversation that ends with something tailored, fair, and agreed on together.
